We offer nationwide delivery across the Philippines
through J&T Express.
How much is the shipping fee?
Our shipping fee starts at ₱47 for NCR.
Shipping fees for other areas may vary depending on the
delivery location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location,
courier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the
payment methods available through PayMongo.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Order cancellation may be requested before your order
has been fulfilled or shipped. Once the order has already
been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I request a return or refund?
Yes. Return or refund requests must be submitted within
5 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible concerns include a mismatched/wrong item or a missing item.
What proof do I need for a return or refund?
Please provide clear photos or videos
showing the item and the issue. An unboxing video is
strongly recommended, together with your order details,
so our team can properly review your concern.
Do all NutriShape products come with freebies?
Selected NutriShape promotions may include
freebies with qualifying purchases.
Freebie items, sizes, and quantities may vary depending

What should I do if I receive the wrong or missing item?
Please contact our customer care team within
5 days of delivery. Send your order details
together with clear photos or videos of the package and
